We engaged Blue Ocean Hire as we created a Chief Medical Officer role to support our organizational growth. Our leadership was very particular about the required experience and intrinsic values this Medical Officer would bring to our team while assuring they would integrate well into the culture and cohesion. After two separate conversations with the company, we felt very comfortable as to how they would customize the search while providing us with the metrics and ROI we were hoping for in a partner.
